➢1994.07-2001.08:济南二机床集团有限公司(济南第二机床厂)助理工程师、工程师;

➢2004.07-至今:山东大学机械工程学院讲师、副教授、教授;其中,2007.08-2008.08:美国The University of Alabama访问研究。
